Culture adaptation strategist with a Masters in Workforce Development and Adult Learning from The Ohio State University. Known to his friends and fans as "Am Paul", he is fluent in French, Wolof, and Tounsi. This book is the product of his love for Tunisia and love of languages. He is also the author of the Wordless Language Learning Guide, a groundbreaking book featuring 22 language lessons without a single written word.

Based in Tunisia and the USA, Lancer Learning Communities was founded in 2020 to equip globally transient companies and individuals through culture training and consulting. It has evolved to include a Coworking space in Boumhal, publication of language learning materials and collaboration with language schools around the world.
